When I joined COIF, I stepped into a space full of young leaders from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. At first, I wondered how we would all work together when our experiences were so different. But as we began to share ideas, collaborate on projects, and listen to each other's growth journeys, I realized that our diversity was our greatest strength.

Through every mentorship session, panel discussion, and group activity, I learned something new: a fresh perspective, a new way of solving problems, or simply a reminder that leadership has many faces. We were proof that when differences are purposed for unity, they don't divide, they multiply our impact.

COIF didn't just equip me with skills; it revealed to me the beauty of inclusion, and how diversity can transform a vision into reality.
