In my experience, integrity at COIF is not just a word; it is something I have seen in action during my three years mentorship journey. I have seen first hand mentors and leaders consistently leading by example. They don't only guide us with words, they also model honesty, responsibility, and respect.
One thing I have realized is how integrity has helped me become more sincere with myself. In the past, I used to shy away from expressing how I feel, but in COIF, I learned that being truthful about my struggles and challenges is part of my growth. My mentor and the entire COIF family always emphasize doing the right thing even when no one is watching. That really inspired me because I am constantly reminded that integrity is about who I am, not just what people see.
Being held accountable by COIF to walk in integrity also showed me the value of keeping my commitments, attending sessions on time, completing assignments and respecting others' opinions. COIF has taught me that small actions of honesty build strong character. It has transformed me by making me more disciplined, responsible, and consistent, not just within COIF, but also in school and my personal life.
With all the above in mind, I can confidently say that integrity is one of the strongest values I have experienced at Coaches Of Influence Foundation (COIF), and it continues to shape me into the person I aspire to become.
